Via an internal staircase there is a very spacious area with a large and luxurious living room and an enjoyable entertainment system.

Upper floor

Via an internal staircase from the ground floor: the other three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. To the left of the hallway are two bedrooms, the first furnished with a queen-size bed and the second serving as a twin bedroom, suitable for children. The last of the three bedrooms to the right of the hallway serves as the master bedroom. All three bedrooms with sliding glass doors overlooking the blue and clear waters of the Ionian archipelago.

Access to the villa: convenient from paved road

The property is located in the Geni area, known for its wide variety of beachfront restaurants overlooking Vlycho Bay. Some of the restaurants are within walking distance or a few minutes’ drive from the villa.

The town of Nidri is only 15 minutes’ drive away where you can find a variety of boutique shops with handmade Greek products. Private boat cruises and a variety of water sports activities for children.
