A spacious living room with a fireplace, a smart TV with satellite channels, a home theater with a USB input, and a PS3 console with games.

A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, filter and espresso coffee machine, refrigerator, and dining table.

On the top floor a bedroom with a king-size double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a TV, and a bathroom including a shower with hydro massage.

In the outdoor area: a private swimming pool (5 * 8 meters), a balcony with a built-in barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen, a dining table, sunbeds, and umbrellas.

The villas are located about a kilometer from the village of Vasiliki, close to many taverns, restaurants, nightclubs, and marine attractions (boat rentals, windsurfing, kite surfing, etc.).
