The boutique hotel is located between the walls of the iconic castle of Ioannina city near Lake Pamvotida, in a wonderful renovated building surrounded by the eternal beauty of the castle, buildings and cobblestone streets.

The hotel is housed in an old mansion that has been completely renovated. The building was constructed at the end of the 19th century and is one of the most important buildings in the city. In its early years, it housed a Jewish embroidery school, and later became a residence for Jewish families with professional activities related to textile processing and trade.

In the mid-20th century, the property became owned by the ancestors of the current owners. In 2020, with reference to the history of the place and building, they carried out a complete renovation of the property in order to house a modern boutique hotel. The main elements that dominated the structure since its construction were stone, iron and wood. These three elements were our guides in designing the hotel. In addition to these, all the modern infrastructure necessary for a modern boutique hotel was added in harmony, with the aim of offering high comfort and luxury, both in its rooms and in its outdoor spaces.
