The villa is surrounded by vegetation and flora, and of course by the famous beaches of Falassarna, Balos, and Elafonisi. The villa is surrounded by an outdoor area of 3 acres. The villa invites you to enjoy a large pool and a small one for children, or to relax while watching the spectacular sunset facing the blue sea. The Cretan villa is designed to suit both groups of friends and families. The villa consists of 2 spacious floors: on the ground floor, there is a huge combined area including a spacious living room, fireplace, toilet+shower, 2 dining rooms, and a comfortable and equipped kitchen. The large windows and glass doors allow light to enter and make the place wonderfully bright. The exterior part is no less stunning. It consists of a stone terrace, equipped with sofas and furniture. There is also a built stone barbecue located under the cool shade of the vine pergola. On the front side of the villa you can see the colorful garden, lawn, wild vegetation with Mediterranean trees. There is a large swimming pool and another separate one for children, with sunbeds around.

The villa includes 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The largest bedroom is a studio located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The bedroom includes a double bed, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. Wooden stairs lead you to the first floor where there are 3 separate bedrooms. One of them offers a double bed, bathroom, and a large furnished balcony overlooking the sea. In the two additional rooms there are two single beds that can be connected into one large bed. Both rooms share a large balcony and a spacious bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with bathrobes, towels, cosmetic products, and a hair dryer.
