Nestled in a green village on the hillside overlooking the Lefkada Channel and the mainland mountains to the east.
At the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room and a fully equipped open kitchen with a work island, a dining area suitable for 6 guests, and on the same floor, a single bedroom with a shower and toilet.
Wooden stairs will lead you to the second floor, where you’ll find a double bedroom in pastel pink colors overlooking the pool and the amazing view. The bedroom has an attached bathroom with a bathtub/jacuzzi.
The double bedroom painted in pastel blue colors also has an attached bathroom with a shower.
The double bed can be separated into 2 singles. The villa is bright and pleasant – in the villa’s yard, you can relax on sun loungers in the sun or in the shade of the pergola overlooking the pool and the view of Lefkada and the neighboring islands. You can dip in the blue pool while lunch is cooking in the yard at the BBQ bar area – where there’s also a dining table suitable for 6 guests.
Shopping can be done in the village of Lygia within walking distance, about 15 min “from Lefkada town and about 20 min” drive to Nidri town.
The villa has: washing machine, TV, air conditioning in all rooms of the villa, private parking.
The villa is luxurious and amazing, about a 5-minute drive away you’ll find a supermarket and a gas station for your convenience.
About a quarter of an hour drive to Nidri town – a variety of tavernas, restaurants, shops and nightclubs await you there, and another 20 minutes drive to Vasiliki town across the mountain to the west, where you can enjoy water sports,
ferry to the islands near Lefkada and an additional selection of local tavernas and restaurants.
