Entrance to the living area filled with light from its tall glass balcony doors offering an open sea view. The living room with a fireplace at its center is right next to the dining area with direct access to the open kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with windows all around overlooking the sea view and pool area. Utility room with washing machine and guest bathroom.

Upper Floor
Up the internal staircase are two bedrooms with access to a long balcony with a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The sleeping area was designed with privacy in mind.

Lower Level
Down an external staircase, with its own separate entrance, is the villa’s large independent guesthouse. Entering the apartment, you enter the large living area with the fully equipped open kitchen with the dining area right in front and the comfortable living room. The guesthouse offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a large family bathroom with shower and bathtub.
