Luxury villas are located in the Sivota area with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea from Sivota Bay, Poros Bay and the surrounding islands Kefalonia, Ithaca and Meganissi, particularly beautiful during sunrise and sunset.

DORAS VILLAS are located in a complex of recently built modern villas. The luxury villas were designed with luxury, privacy, comfort and spacious surroundings in mind

In Sivota village there is a colorful variety of excellent tavernas, bars, bakeries, Greek shops and markets available throughout the season from 8 AM until midnight. You can walk to the village (15-20 minutes) or drive by car (5-8 minutes) on a new asphalt road.

DORAS VILLAS consist of two villas – Villa Riga and Villa Kalama – right next to each other with their own entrances. They can comfortably accommodate 22 people, and possibly a few additional people on extra beds. Each villa is fully air-conditioned and has its own infinity pool.

Villa description: 200 sqm built area spread over 3 levels.

Entrance floor: At the main entrance of the villa, there is a spacious open-plan living room and large dining area, seating area and LCD plasma TV with satellite channels, music sound system and DVD player. Fully equipped American kitchen. Equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, kettle and microwave. The kitchen is connected to the large dining area and to the terrace with stunning views of the Ionian Sea

Additionally there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room and a shared bathroom.

Ground floor: There are 4 very comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds and luxury mattresses. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms with a shower in each. The panoramic windows in two of the bedrooms allow you to enjoy sea views and also access the pool area and garden.
There is an additional room that can serve as a utility room containing a washing machine, household vacuum cleaner and iron with stand.

Outdoor area: Large private infinity pool 2.50m deep (6.50m x 5.70m) with spillway and outdoor shower, sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor pavilion (pergola), large barbecue, private parking for 3 cars or one vehicle with boat trailer.

Villa description: 170 sqm built area spread over 3 levels.

Floor 1: The entrance door opens to the living room and terrace with spectacular sea views. The kitchen is connected to the living room with a large dining area with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, kettle, microwave, cookware and tableware. Large terrace with stunning views of the Ionian Sea.
On this level, there is one double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom. Staircase with access to the ground floor and upper floor.

Floor 2: On the upper floor 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. One of the bedrooms has a stunning terrace, a perfect place for meditation, rest and reading while watching yachts entering and leaving Sivota Bay.

Ground floor: There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds and luxury mattresses, 2 bathrooms with shower each. One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden and pool area. Finally, a second living room allows accommodation of 2-4 additional people with sofa beds and an extra mattress that can be added upon request.
There is an additional room that can serve as a utility room containing a washing machine, household vacuum cleaner and iron with stand.
